“Coco Puffs”

On a 15-minute clock, for max reps each round:
From 0:00-3:00, run 400/350 meters then do Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Pull-Ups) (with bands) (Ring Rows) 
Rest 1 minute
From 4:00-7:00, Ski 400/350 meters then do Clean and Jerks (155/105)(115/75)(75/45)(45/35)
Rest 1 minute
From 8:00-11:00, Row 400/350 meters then do Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Rest 1 minute
From 12:00-15:00, Bike .6/.5 miles then do Clean and Jerks
*NO BUTTERFLY PULL-UPS TODAY
