With a running clock, every 2 minutes perform 3 lifts (without dropping) and add 10#. You can add 5# if you want it to last longer.
Start 75/45# and perform 3 Hang Power Snatches (without dropping) for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, perform 3 Hang Power Cleans (without dropping) for as long as possible.
*You can attempt the 3 rep lift as many times as you want inside the 2 minutes
*Once you fail on the snatch weight, complete the same clean weight in the following 2 minutes
