Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes of:
10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups (pull-ups) (w/ bands) (ring rows)
15 Push-Ups (from knees)
20 Pistols, alternating (assisted) (goblet squats) (air squats)
*after every 3 rounds pick a cardio movement 400m run/ 400m row/ 300m ski/ 1,000m bike
*you can pick a different cardio movement each round
