“Bring Sally Up” Push Up Challenge
– Starting in Bottom Position (Chest Barely Off the Floor) every time the song says ‘Bring Sally Up’ Press Up, every time the song says ‘Bring Sally Down’ Go Down and Hold
– How Long Can you make it?  There Are 30 Reps Total
– Can Scale to Knee Push Ups
