As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes of:
60 Double Unders
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
6 Squat Snatches (75/45)
*Each Round ADD (30/20#) to your Barbell

*If you are not comfortable with Squat Snatches either do not add weight, or substitute Power Snatches, or substitute Squat Cleans
