“5 Rep Snatch Ladder”
– You have 60 Seconds to complete 5 Snatches, and then 30 Seconds to Transition to the next Barbell
– You can perform any kind of Snatch as long as the bar comes from the floor each rep
– Weights Start at 75/45 and go up 20/10# each time
– You can attempt the weight as many times as you want inside the 60 seconds (to complete 5)
