3 Rep Max Trap Bar Deadlift, get 2 attempts to max

2 Minutes AMREP Hand Release Push Ups
– Arms must stay inline with shoulders and at the bottom extend out to arm length

3)
Sprint Drag Carry
For Time:

4)
Plank Hold For Time, time cap 3:20

5)
Choose 1;
For Time:
bike 12km or row 5k or run 2 miles or walk 2.5 mile
