20 Sumo-Deadlift Hi-Pulls (95/65) (75/45) (45/35)
20 Shoulders-to-Overhead (95/65) (75/45) (45/35)
20 Overhead Squats (95/65) (65/45) (45/35)
20 Front Squats (95/65) (75/45) (45/35)
*Every Minute On the Minute you must stop where you are at and complete 4 Burpees before starting again.  Including 0:00
*If you reach 10 minutes, quit doing burpees and just complete the work remaining
