3 Rep Hang Squat Snatch Ladder
– Start with approximately 50% of your 1RM Snatch
– Every 2 Minutes Complete 3 Hang Squat Snatches (No Dropping the Bar)
– After each successful set add 10/5#
– You can attempt as many times as you want inside the 2 minutes
