20 GHD Sit-Ups (Half with Ab-Mat) (Ab-Mat Sit-Ups)
20/15 Hand Release Push Ups (from Knees)
2 Rope Climbs, 15′ (1 Rope Climb) (12′ Climb) (3 Progressions)

Score = your fastest and slowest round added together
*If you cannot complete a round inside 5 minutes, complete 4 rounds for time or complete as a 20 minute AMRAP
