20 Seconds of Push Ups (from Knees)
10 Seconds of REST
20 Seconds of Ab-Mat Sit Ups, no anchors
10 Seconds of REST
20 Seconds of Squats
10 Seconds of REST

*20 Minute Time Cap, or Finish it 🙂
