3 Power Cleans + 1 Thruster Ladder
– Every 2 Minutes Complete the Complex
– You can drop & reset quickly between power cleans
– You must complete the complex inside 30 seconds, if you fail the 1st minute you can try again on the 2nd minute
– Start with approximately 60% of your 1RM Thruster
– Add 10/5# each minute until you cannot complete
