1 Ring Muscle-Up (1 Bar Muscle-Up) (1 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up AND 1 Ring Dip) (Both with Bands) (1 Ring Row, Hands on Box)
200m Run
2 Clean & Jerks
2 Ring Muscle-Ups
200m Run
3 Clean & Jerks
3 Ring Muscle-Ups
200m Run
Continue pattern up as far as you can get in 15 min. (4-4, 5-5, 6-6, 7-7, etc.)
