Complete Any/All Challenges in any order you want

Black/Blue/Grey WOD

1) Push Up Challenge (from Knees)
– Go up when the cadence says up, go down when it says down
– Arms Fully Locked Out at the Top
– Keep chest just off the ground at the bottom
– Keep a nice rigid plank through the movement
– As soon as you cannot do any of those you are done 

2) Strict Sit-Up Challenge (Ab-Mat Sit-Ups)
– Go up when the cadence says up, go down when it say down
– You can use anchors for your feet
– Fingers must stay INTERLOCKED behind your head for the black version
– As soon as you cannot do any of those you are done

3) Sled Push Challenge
– Complete as much distance of sled push as you can in 2 Minutes
– After each 80′ sled push you will add a 45/25# plate

4) Skierg Challenge
