*Every Minute On the Minute Complete 5 Deadlifts, Including Minute :00
*Weights = (225/155) (185/125) (135/95) (95/65) (65/45)
*After 10 Minutes No More Deadlifts, just finish the burpees
**Can scale back number of burpees to 75 or 50 if needed
