1 Max Unbroken Set of Strict Pull-Ups (Kipping Pull-Ups) (with Bands) (Ring Rows)

*Please share the benches
**You will start each set every 3 minutes for the entire 10 sets
*You can sub in push ups for bench press if you would prefer
