Complete Any/ All Challenges in Any Order:

Max Set of Strict Pull Ups (Or work down to lightest band for 5 consecutive pull ups)

For Time:
400 Meter Run
100 Double Unders (25 Double Unders) (200 Singles)

For As Long As Possible:
1 Minute Plank Hold (from Elbows) adding 25/15# to your back after each successful minute
*Can not come out of plank… have someone add the weights for you
