10 Strict Pull-Ups (Strict with Bands) (Ring Rows)
20 Hand Release Push Ups (Feet on Plate, Thighs Cannot Touch Floor) (Normal HR Push Ups) (from Knees)
30 Sit-Ups (Can Use Anchors, No Ab-Mat, Fingers Interlocked Behind Head) (Ab-Mat Sit-Ups)
