Black/Blue/Grey WODs


As Many Reps As Possible in 15 Minutes of:
Complex A –
12 Back Squats (155/95) (135/75) (95/55) (65/45)
9 Shoulders-to-Overhead
6 Hang Power Cleans
Complex B –
3 Snatches
6 Overhead Squats
9 Deadlifts
*Each Complex A & B has to be completed unbroken, can set bar down between complexes, rest anywhere but the floor.  If you drop the bar in the middle of a complex you must start the complex over.  You get credit for partial complex only when time is expiring.
*If you would get a better workout not worrying about unbroken, just ignore that part
