Work up to a 5 Rep Max Weighted Push Up
*Have a partner help load plates on your back
*If you cannot add weight, practice push ups either from your feet or from your knees for 5 sets of 5 reps

Then……

Black/Blue/Grey WODs

As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes of:
3 – 6 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 21 – …..continue as high as you can
Hang Power Cleans (Approximately 60-70% of 1RM)
Handstand Push Ups (Ab-Mat Under Head) (Feet on Box) (DBell Press)
*Perform deficit HSPU’s if possible
