“Reverse Annie”
For Time:
10 – 20 – 30 – 40 – 50
Ab-Mat Sit-Ups (1/2 the reps)
Double Unders (1/2 as many DU’s) (2 x Singles)

Bonus Challenge:  Accumulate 30, 10, or 5 Minutes Below Parallel.  Does not have to be consecutive, and does not necessarily need to be in a traditional squat (lunge, duck walk, etc.).  Can do some before and after the workout.  Loosen up those hips!
