    Today’s WOD (nowhere close to rx) 21:28. Can’t move my arms, but thanks Jacque Harms for the push to use the 45# DB!

      Yeah, a real BRUISE WOD… I was all over the scaling options today, too with some black (50# DB), some blue, some not quite GREY (I’m looking at you HSPU!)

      Nice job on the 45# DB Angie!!

      Yeah Mike! So glad you got to do a WOD :). This one seemed to go on forever. First time I’ve done nearly all HSPUs without an abmat though, and all unassisted dips, so I’ll take it- even if it took me nearly 30min ;). Rx’d those sit-ups!! Ha!
