well I shouldve been humble about my front squat yesterday but I just couldnt hold it in. I wanted to shout it from the top of a mountain but I didnt have a mountain, I had a website ha ha.

A PR is cause for celebration! I meant I was humbled by how I performed at HOA- messed up in areas I thought I’d do well on. But I had a great time! Thankful for my team and the experience 🙂
