My C2B were ugly but got them done so I’ll take it (never done them in a WOD before). My new goal is to make them look pretty, like Jaime’s 🙂
Today’s WOD in 20:10
Scaled C2B PU’s to Chin over Bar. Rowed. Almost had both sets of OHS unbroken – got 14 reps both time and shoulders crumbled both sets on the 15th rep. It felt good to get back to 515!
