    AMREP: 75 reps. 65# power snatch; wanted to keep moving, heavier weight wouldve slowed me down.

    E2MOM Front squat 105#

    EMOM Front Squat @ 135#. Should have went heavier, #bobbysays last reps should have been harder.

    AMREP: 65 reps @ 95#, dropped under 2 more for squat snatches in the time cap, which is a TOUGH no rep! Then tried to do the remaining 15 power snatches faster than Bobby could do 50 bar facing burpees. He won. Of course.

    EMOM front squat: 105-130# accidentally did every minute, instead of every 2, oops. #bobbysays at least I got a good workout!

    AMRep: 87 reps @75# with banded dips- I’m finally down to using only one side of the smaller purple band, soon, I’ll be band-less!

    Felt good to get back in the gym and moving after a rest day. I also vote Bobby makes the “Cool Board” for getting first place in Elite Men.
