Today- mostly rx’d (DL @ 175#, did 10 C2B for the first set, then switched to pull-ups 🙂 ). Got through 2 of the final box jump overs in the time cap. Total: 262
Thanks Jaime for pushing me through the second set of wallballs, definitely felt like I was about to pass out or throw up- telltale sign of a good workout 🙂
