Back squat: 125-150#
Metcon: 6:31 rx’d
Back Squats: 275-315, really working on improving form.
I skipped the metcon because my legs were sore from lunges Tuesday (anyone else?) and then I blasted with more back squats. I did a 1500 m row instead in 5:55, not great, but good conditioning work to get in.
Im still sore from lunges, too. Ridiculous!!
Back squats: 200-210#
Metcon: 3:22 (24″)
Back squat: 185# – 215# (old 3 rep max was 205)
