    Todays workout rx (except for the second round I forgot a rope climb and so I did two at the end of that round…Monday struggles) 14:47? I might have my seconds off on that one….Monday struggles again.

    Good workout though:) thanks for the push at the end crew!

    Today’s WOD rx’d – 13:52
    Those were heavy squat cleans. Happy with how it went. Any day that I beat both “Double Jaime” and “Double Bobby” is a good day for me though!

    Annette, wish I would have seen you crush that one today. Awesome!!

    Great WOD this morning! Combined 2 movements I need to improve at. 15:54 as Rx’d. Squat cleans were harder than anticipated.

    Came back this evening to work on running. Ran 1 mile warmup, then 4 rounds of bench press, ab-mat sit-ups, and 400 m runs.

    It was a good day…I got in 2 total miles of running which is a huge accomplishment for me! πŸ™‚

    Today’s workout: 11:36, not rx. Did rope climbs but couldn’t hit rx on squat cleans. I have to remind myself to focus on form first and adding additional weight second. Working on good squat form! πŸ™‚
