1) Strength Test
*Max Reps of Bench Press (225/125) (185/95) (135/65) (95/35)
*Use a weight you can get at least 10 reps at

2) Agility Test 5 – 10 – 15
*Sprint 5 yards and back, 10 yards and back, 15 yards and back
*Must turn facing the same side on all turns
*Must touch line on all turns

3) Endurance Test
*7 minutes of rowing for Calories

Complete in any order you wish, have fun with it 🙂
