    Nothing like the fear of the Open to get me motivated to learn double unders! Its been over a year at Crossfit, but I finally managed to do them this weekend!! I practiced a lot Sunday to prepare for my Open workout. Any score over zero will be an accomplishment! Wish me luck! 🙂

    I got a score of 141…not terribly impressive as I did my DU’s one rep at a time, but considering I still couldn’t do them until last Friday, I am a happy guy!

      On the contrary, I think that IS IMPRESSIVE. That is ALOT of double unders!! Stay with it and you’ll be stringing them together in no time. Congrats on 14.1.
