That was no fun. Not sure if it was my tender hammies from the DL yesterday or the fact that my form on the Hanging DB Cleans was not the greatest, but I hurt after that one.
15:38 using 45# db.
Today’s WOD Rx’d- 12:38
Thank you everyone for all the support and congratulations after this weekend. I was reminded yesterday that one of my favorite parts of competitions is getting to represent a gym full of such wonderful people! I always look forward to coming back and talking to everyone in the gym about how things went 🙂

Rx 18:28
Rx’d – 19:50
Note to self: If your game plan sounds ambitious (to put it kindly), it probably is. Especially if your dumbbell squat cleans look like this after 3 reps: http://media.heavy.com/media/2013/03/SkrillexFan.gif
Today’s WOD as rx’d – 16:55 Ouch! (lower back needs a rest day)
Glad it’s not just my lower back that is feeling it!!!!!
22:34 with 40# dumbbells. It was rough but Bobby encouraged me to do the heavier weight for me if I could. Thanks for the push! Something to work on and get stronger at (and vastly improve form too)!
