Those type if WODs are not my favorite. It took me a REALLY long time to make myself do that one this morning.
Today as RX’d: 7 rounds + 4 double unders
Today rx’d (a.k.a. dbl unders under duress) – 4 rds + 15 dbl unders
I had NOT wanted to find out thrusters at that weight were even within the realm of possibility.
