Snatch complex thing: 125#.
Isabel: 8:22. SO much better than the first time I did it. PR by 5min43sec. Even got a few MUs today so good day all around.
Snatch complex: 125#, attempted 135#, failed the first hang snatch 🙁 wasn’t feeling it…. Then…
Isabel: 2:51? Not sure. First 12 felt okay, then I thought I was gonna die :|. Definitely didn’t feel great this morning, workout wise. But I have the best Valentine ever, soooooo it’s all good 🙂 🙂 🙂

failed on my 4th one at 95#
Then worked on squat snatches and got 110# (15# PR)
Snatch Complex: Got 125#, and then missed my last hang snatch at 135# (which would have been 10# more than I’ve done on this before).
Isabel – 2:13 (less than 10 sec off my PR) After being sick all week, I’ll take that morning!
