I couldn’t have said that ANY better. I don’t think mine probably looked so great… but it’s good to change it up, right?

Snatch was a joke today so I just worked on snatch balance and staying active in the bottom of the overhead squat – lots of improvement to be made here

I’m an idiot and did 3/4 body weight bench instead of bodyweight because I can’t read. 11:40 at 125#.
