    Sweet, sweet, my arms are filled with soooo much blood Lynne (strict pull-ups): 81.

    Lynn (75#): 179 reps. I was all sorts of intimidated by Miss Lynne this morning. I didn’t know what to do. I went with kipping pullups and 75#, which in hindsight was probably too light, but maybe (?) it helped me get a little more comfortable with the bench press?? I was really surprised by how many I could do! 🙂

    Now, I’m looking forward to trying it @ 95# (2/3 BW), but I don’t think I need to make it any harder with strict pull-ups. Nice job this morning, Jaime, that’s incredible!!

    Great job Annette!

    I went with (55%bw)90#s, 102 total. Bench seemed to get slightly easier each rd, pull-ups not so much.

      Way to go, Taylor! I’ll need pullups to stick around to get anywhere NEAR 100 at that bench weight. Unless I decide to work on my bench pressing a lot between now and the next time we see Lynne…. ha, ha NOT. Thank goodness girls don’t make a habit of asking what you can bench!
