Black/Blue/Grey WODs


Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups (with Bands)
30 Push-ups (from Knees)
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Grey = Cut all reps in 1/2
