    Last ever 1.5 fitness test for me today. And it was fun to go back and look at my old times and posts. This has been my history since my sophomore year which was my first test after a summer with CrossFit.
    2011- 10:23
    2012- 9:54

    2013- 9:29! 25 sec PR.

    100% could not have done this without CrossFit and all of the people at 515 who inspire and push me every day. And a special thank you to my 6:30 crew who pushed me harder this summer then I think I have ever gone before. Brian, Todd, Jerit, and Annette I knew everyday when I went to the gym I had to bring my A game in order to keep up with you. Having that competition feeling for every workout helped me get to another place mentally and physically. You all rock…long sappy post over:)
