I feel like it’s going to be a quiet day at the gym tomorrow. Looking forward to that second 1600.

Bum ankle = no running/rowing, so Bobby made me this: 5 rft – tape-to-tape lunges, 15 kb swings @ 35#
7:53 and so much more painful than I thought it would be; I’m still sore today -__-
