    First mile in 5:55…maybe not the best strategy overall, but happy to run sub 6:00 for the first time in a while!

    Bum ankle = no running/rowing, so Bobby made me this:
    5 rft – tape-to-tape lunges, 15 kb swings @ 35#

    7:53 and so much more painful than I thought it would be; I’m still sore today -__-
