    NEW PR for me… 135lb max clean & jerk. It’s not much (I know) but it’s a start at least for me in my desire to get more consistent at CrossFit and an improvement from my previous best. Also did the mystery WOD 53lb Kettle-Bell, 24 box in 5:40

    Set the bar for clean and jerks at 135lb, got 140lb up but failed to lock out, so I’ll settle for the 140lb power clean (15lb PR).

    Am I sort of disappoint in myself? Sure – but I’m also trying to remember when a 95lb power clean was insurmountable. It may be more like Frodo and Sam on foot instead of Gandalf on Shadowfax, but I’ll get there in the end, right?
