    The question for the muscle up continues but it is definitely not due to the lack of support, encouragement, and tips from everybody in the gym! Thanks guys I will get it soon!

    Did yesterday’s mainsite 12 AMRAP 10 burpees 25 double unders
    11 rounds +4 burpees

    Today, I did Fight Gone Bad with Brian S.. I really felt it this morning, phew! Off 9 reps from last time. 309 reps.

    Brian looked really strong.

    Claire’s Birthday WOD as rx’d: 7:09. This WOD was going really well for me until I got tripped up by the DU gremlin … and then I feared it would never end. 🙁

    I’m so jealous of all you DU ninjas… just starting to get how to string them together, but I still look like a dodo trying to take flight.

    Bruck as rx’d in 50:some single digit number. Any day I finish a hero wod in < 1 hour is a good day for me, though I'm surprised my back isn't permanently pretzeled.
