    Awesome job to both Steves on the bar muscle ups the last couple days!! The determination and work put in to eventually get on top of that bar is impressive and inspiring, very cool to be around! Bunch a phreaks 😉

      Nice! There must be a leakage of gamma rays somewhere in the gym, all the phreakiness.

    Bar muscle up. Probably the greatest day of my life. Until today which is the new greatest day of my life.
    Today’s wod as Rx’ed 9:37. Beat previous dead lift pr by 20 lbs. Thought it was going to take me 30 minutes. Can’t believe I finished in under 10. My mother is so proud.

    No way??? I finished ahead of you in a WOD with 125 situps?? Thank goodness for heavy deadlifts 😉 Made all the difference in my six second victory!
