    Tired of Not Being as Good as I Could Be at CrossFit Day #2: “Random Mashup” – 3 Rounds for Time: 1,000 meter row, Run an 800, 200 singles – 32:09 (10:24, 10:56, 10:49) – plus the music at noon seems to be better 😉 lol

    1 – Give yourself gluten flu;
    2 – Feel so sick and achy you swear to never do it again;
    3 – RX a wod you can barely handle and DNF it;
    4 – Feel so sick and achy (and embarrassed) you swear to never do it again.

    Like the fact that it scared Annette, Jess, AND Shelley wasn’t enough of a tip off. Even making it through the first round pulling the bar off the floor can’t quite make up for t3h disappoint >:C
