    Today’s WOD, as rx’d (doing 800 m run and throwing in a rope climb at the end of every round): 16: 55.

    That’s Katie and I at Crossfit Estes Park. Were at about 7500 ft above sea level. The peak in the back is Longs Peak. It peaks at over 14000 ft. Of course the boys have to get their WOD in too.

    Today’s WOD (800m run) as rx’d: 20:33. No extra rope climb for me today … I was too lazy to go put on my socks. I know. I showed up g.r.u.m.p.y this morning – got schooled on the WOD by the guys – left HaPpY 🙂 Crossfit515 is the best medicine.
