5 Handstand push-ups (Ab-Mat Under Head) (Feet on Box)
7 Chest to bar pull-ups (Chin-over-Bar) (with Bands)
Dumbbell squat snatch, 10 reps, alternating (35/25) (20/10) (15/5)

    Todays WOD with a 15# plate and an ab mat for HSPU

    9 rounds plus 3 HSPU

      3 rep back squat EMOM x10 min @125#

      Working weaknesses! Good day in the gym, had a blast with the 6:30 class, nice work everyone.

    After 20 minutes of hell, Brian edged me by 2 C2B.

    Today’s WOD w/ 2 abmats (strict HSPU): 6 rounds + 12.

    I liked this WOD, a good one to do again when I am better at HSPU. Avoiding them for the better part of the last year hasn’t really paid off 😛
