In seriousness, today’s wod (20 min amrap of 250 row and 25 pushups): 10 rounds even.
That’s nuts. 250 pushups?!? Did you put three 45 lb plates under ur chest? π
Oh, I wish I had thought of that! (Putting 45’s on THEIR back that is :-))
On the bright side, After Murph and Cindy — I noticed an improvement in my pushups today. Bring ’em on!!

Decided to tackle Grace again and made it in under 8:00. Pre-inhaler, it’s taken me about 15:00 or so. I feel like a T-rex dual-wielding picker-uppers π
