    Quiet on the message board lately.

    Pretty pumped at some progress. Diane rx’d in 2:04 yesterday, 23 second pr, but more happy to go unbroken through the hspu’s. Goal is to eclipse the 2 minute mark.

    Today was able get a new 5# pr for C&J of 260#… the march to 300# is in progress…

      Niiiice Tony! You’re a beast! I gotta work on those HSPUs ESP the set of 15. It gets me every time. Granted I did do 13.5 back to back prior to this attempt but I’d be happy with a sub 5. I will just live vicariously thru on on the 2mins 😉

    It was so great being back at 515! I loved that I got to do 13.5 here to close out the Open & really enjoyed seeing/ training with everyone! I miss it already but am so excited I will be able to come back next month & watch you guys at Regionals. Happy training & I will see you all next month!
