    The CrossFit Open starts tomorrow! Just so everyone is on the same page and know what’s going on (especially those who have signed up), here is some extra info about the Open and how things will go over the next 5 weeks. We’re super excited to see how everyone does and share in the excitement. It’s a fun time!

    2013 CrossFit Open Info:
    **All participants PLEASE READ!
    -Workouts are announced each week on Wednesday at 7pm
    -We will be programming the workouts on Thursdays as the normal WOD for the gym
    -Open participants MUST have their workout judged by a 515 coach
    -Any participant who wants or needs to do/redo the workout other than as programmed on Thursday, must please talk to Bobby or Jaime ahead of time (Note: this includes week 1, so try to plan your rest day accordingly this week if needed)
    -Open participants MUST submit their own score each week BEFORE Sunday at 7pm for us to verify it
    -Lastly, GOOD LUCK!!! Go Team 515

    So sad work will likely keep me away for a couple of days 🙁
    Made up my own basement wod with my roomie’s 25# dumbbells; I call it ‘7 Minutes to Manhood’ = 7 mins of manmakers. Made it to 19 before the slippy floor got the better of me -_-
    I do feel as if my voice has dropped an octave, though.
