Got Ring Muscle ups down yesterday doing my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th! 3 Months but it happened. Now on to multiple muscle ups!

Today did flight simulator and finished it. DU’s by 5 to 50 and back down to 5. Wouldn’t be bad, but each set up and down are unbroken so it took me 22:31 but I did it. Next time, get my time down.

Today’s wod with a 45# kb – 14:00, including a timeout so I could remember my name -_-
It was a perfect storm of me kipping really hard and my fingers slipping off the bar; I remember rolling over and thinking ‘There’s a BABY in here – DON’T swear’. Thanks to derby for inuring me to falling on my head once in awhile, and 515 for not setting their pullup bars any higher. /stage bow

I fell on my head at aspen attempting to do hspu’s, thinking I was all cool……..until I went up, feet touched the wall, arms gave out and all came crashing down. Head down, I slinked into the locker room……

And I got 10 butterfly C2B Pullups…twice, once before the workout and then the first round. I think I’m finally getting the hang of them 🙂

I did my first WOD doing pull-ups (with band) instead of ring rows. I used the 18lb kb and finished in 15:32. Also, I’m only 37 kb snatches away from completing the 537 challenge
