    Am I the only one who thinks it would really suck to get slapped in the face by clapping guy?

      7×3 cleans 110#, with numerous fails on 115#.
      Then I forgot failing on lifts saps energy, too, and flailed my way through mystery in 9:51.
      Very happy to see progress since being stymied by a 95# clean a couple months ago, but I got a fever and the only cure is more technique work :3

    got up to 100lbs. 5:25 on mystery….boy I hate that last part! Just sayin…. 🙂

    Power clean, Hang clean x3 140# EMOM for 10 min

    Got up to 150# (x 1) on power clean yesterday – 5# PR, and 130# (x 1) on push press today – 10# PR. I knew I was due for some lifting PRs 🙂 Getting more stronger!

    Cleans – 7×3: 95-105-115-125-135-145
    After six rounds I considered doing my previous 1rm of 150(x3), but also thought it would be fun to add 10 and go for a new 1rm. So after talking to Jaime that’s what I decided to do and she said I should try to jerk it once I completed the clean, so I did! Thanks for encouraging me to do that Jaime!

    Then did power clean/ hang clean emom @ 125# missed a minute in the middle, had to make it up at the end.
