    Today’s WOD as rx’d 22:17 this was super fun to do with my sis ๐Ÿ™‚
    Then hung a round for a little bit and saw tons of HUGE efforts by everyone!! Great job today guys & gals ๐Ÿ™‚

    Todays wod @ 95#’s in 25:44. Doubleunders were on. Did 30 unbroken my first 4 rounds. Makes me think it might be time to revisit the Flight Simulator!

    I agree with Michelle, couldn’t have been more impressed with all the hard work and effort everyone was giving this morning!

    Today’s WOD as Rx’d 18:40. That one was interesting. I think the last three sets I ended up doing clean and jerks for all of them. Oh well. DU’s went great. 185lbs got very heavy very quickly.

    Agree with Michelle as well, the efforts were awesome! And it also helps to have great coaches who will talk through a workout with you and push you to try more than you think you can do, thanks Jaime and Lindsay!
